Reserving a Daily Space

Whether you’re looking to clean out that garage or empty that costly storage unit, we are the place to sell! Spaces start at just $20 for the day and it’s easy to reserve. Simply “click here” to reserve a space online now or simply show up anytime between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. on any market day to purchase your space in person. It’s that easy!

Spaces start at just $20 for the day. The average size is 20′ x 20′ and you’re welcome to leave your vehicle on your space throughout the day. If you need the extra room, we have vendor parking available at no charge. All vendors enter through the gate on Maple Ave. between 5am and 8am. If you’ve purchased your space online, show your receipt upon entry and you’ll be directed to your space. If you prefer to pay in person, we can sell you a space when you arrive. All food vendors need prior approval before selling at the Fresno Flea Market. All shade canopies must be fire retardant per Cal Fire regulations and must have a CPAI-84 label affixed to the fabric (most store bought pop-up canopies have this)

Reserving a Permanent Space

To reserve a permanent space at the Fresno Flea Market, most vendors will be required to have a California Sellers Permit and a valid California Drivers License. Click here to access the permit application online: https://onlineservices.cdtfa.ca.gov/_/#1

Information only booths or those with no taxable sales may be exempt, please visit the office for details.

Selling Day Policies

Vehicles must be parked within the boundary of your assigned space. All vehicles must be out of the aisles no later than 8:00 a.m. The speed limit is 5 mph and pedestrians always have the right-of-way.

Vehicles may not drive in and out to unload merchandise. After your vehicle enters the property, it must stay in your space until 2:00 p.m. unless you request an escort by staff to exit early.

All displays must be safely constructed. Secure canopies, poles, tarps, signs, display materials, and merchandise at all times. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PAVEMENT TO ANCHOR YOUR TARPS, ANY DAMAGE TO THE ASPHALT WILL RESULT IN A FINE!

Refund/exchange/return policies should be posted in clear view for shoppers

All merchandise, sales, and advertising activities must be conducted within the marked boundary of your space.

You must vacate your space no later than 4:45 p.m. on sale days. Staying beyond these business hours may result in a late fee or expulsion from the swap meet.

Spaces are to be left broom clean. Unsold merchandise and/or trash must exit with you at the end of the day. Garbage cans and dumpsters are for shopper use only unless approved by management.

Liability

Upon purchase of a space or reservation, the vendor assumes all liability resulting from any incident evolving from, or caused by them, their employees, their merchandise or displays, their vehicle, or any other item within their control or possession. The vendor further agrees that they must fully indemnify the Fresno Flea Market, the Big Fresno Fair and the 21st District Agriculture Association from any claim resulting from any such incident. Therefore, it is required that all vendors driving onto the flea market property must have a valid drivers license, automobile insurance as required by law and we recommend that each vendor obtain a general liability insurance policy for protection against such claims.

Prohibited Items and Behaviors

The sale of any food products, beverages, water, that are not pre-packaged and labeled or otherwise pre-approved by management.

Illegal drugs or alcohol on the premises.

Pets or live animals of any sort.

Riding bicycles, skates, skateboards, hoverboards or scooters on the premises.

Merchandise bearing counterfeit trademarks or merchandise that infringes on copyrighted designs or materials.

Firearms, ammunition, flammables, explosives, fireworks, or other dangerous items.

Pornographic or adult-themed merchandise.

Drug-related paraphernalia.

Games of chance, raffles, or lotteries.

Fortune telling, palm reading, etc.

Excessive noise that may disturb other vendors or shoppers such as loud music, shouting, or music with inappropriate lyrics.

The Rules and Regulations listed above are designed to provide a safe and fair operation for all involved. In addition to the Rules and Regulations, there are policies concerning space acquisition and operation. Vendors with questions on these matters are encouraged to consult with management.

The Fresno Flea Market fully supports the efforts of Law Enforcement agencies to prevent sale of stolen property, counterfeit recordings or name brand infringing items at the swap meet and will report any suspicious items or activity immediately. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, etc. may not be ridden on the swap meet grounds.

Operating rules, policies, procedures, and prices are subject to change with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the vendor to obtain a current copy of these rules and regulations.
